This holiday, we went to Jakarta. Our plan was to go to Ancol, Dufan, and Waterboom. But because it rained almost all the time, we decided to go on a “Wisata Kuliner”. Our first choice fell on an Italian restaurant, Pizza Marzano. We ordered: pizza, pasta, and risotto. I think this is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten.


The next day we tried Turkish food at Turkuaz restaurant. We were confused by the menu because the menu was using Turkey’s original name, such as:Karidesli Peynirli Mantar, Tereyagli Cam Fistikli Humus,Sebzeli Guvec, Karides Kebab, and more. The only name that I know was kebab. Because we are confused, we trusted the servant’s suggestions. Luckily the food was delicious.

The next destination was Indian food at Queen’s Tandoor. Once again we were confused because the menu was using the original language. Now we choose the food that we think was delicious. We choose : Nasi Bryany, Chicken Tikka, and mango lassi.

 Our next stop was Saung Grenvil Seafood. This restaurant was famous for it’s crab ( my opinion, because the logo was a crab) . So we tried “Kepiting Saus Padang” and “mantau goreng” The crab turned out very big ( one crab can weight more than 1 kg).

Beside food, we also tried coffee at Kopi Warung Tinggi. This café was an original and old café from Indonesia and (it is already standing before my grandfather was born). Even if it is old, the coffee still taste delicious and the snacks are Indonesia’s old foods like “kue cubit (best serve half cooked), bandros, and many more.




 Even though I have tasted some of the worlds food, my favourite food in the whole universe is still ……… INDOMIE !!! the best food in the world (for me :p)
